Miss Natasha RADRTS. AIDTA. AISTD Dip. Acrobatic Arts Certified.
From attending her first dance lesson at the age of two Natasha has never looked back, gaining exceptional exam results from Pre-Primary to Advanced.
Natasha took part in many competitions throughout England during her years of training and was awarded the All England Ballet Championship at the age of 13.
At the age of 16 Natasha was offered places with six different dance colleges throughout England to further her career. After accepting a place at London Studio Centre she spent many wonderful years fulfilling her dream whilst performing in numerous professional productions!
Natasha always knew teaching was her passion and so once she returned from touring/performing she continued her training for many years to become a fully qualified teacher and member of the Royal Academy of Dance and the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dance. Natasha is also an accredited teacher & certified studio in Acrobatics Arts.
Natasha has been teaching dance for 28 years in her own school (in Southampton) and for many other dance schools in and around Hampshire, she has recently also become a mentor for the Royal Academy of Dance.
Her students exam record is exemplary with 100% pass rate throughout her teaching career.
Natasha is personally very passionate about Child psychology and children’s mental health and therefore, has been studying this alongside her CPD gaining her level 3 qualification in childrens and young peoples mental health.

Miss Francesca (Miss Fran)
Dancing since the age of two, Francesca achieved excellent exam results from grade primary to advanced 1 in both Ballet and Modern. Joining a dance company at the age of 15 to diversify her dance styles.
From there she continued on to study Dance at a level. It was at this point that Francesca decided she wanted to make her passion for dance her career. So, she auditioned for dance and musical theatre colleges, acquiring a place on The Foundation Course at Bird College and then continued there onto the 3 year Degree. Francesca graduated Bird College in 2021 with 1st class honours.
Since graduating she has performed as part of a two-man Pantomime, touring care-homes and community centres across the South-Coast for two years running. Francesca spent the summer season of 2023 in the South of France as Dance Captain and Choreographer, after a successful audition for Siblu Villages.
After returning home she went back to teach at her old dance company based in Romsey and also took on a new dance teaching job at a youth mental health care facility. Whilst teaching here she has had the pure joy of seeing the benefits first hand of how dance can help an individual's all round health.
Francesca has professional training in Ballet, Modern, Jazz, Tap, Musical Theatre, Commercial/Street, Contemporary, Singing and Acting

Miss Emilie
​
Emilie's dance background is predominantly based in classical ballet having trained at London Vocational Ballet School and Elmhurst Ballet Upper School.

Emilie has performed at a number of West End theatres including the Bloomsbury Theatre, His Majesty’s Theatre and the Shaftesbury Theatre where she danced the role of Sugar Plum Fairy in The Nutcracker.

Emilie is currently in her second year studying Contemporary Dance at Arts University Bournemouth and takes particular interest in movement direction for film and fashion. She was featured in four student dance films in her first year and feesl grateful for the opportunity AUB offers for cross disciplinary collaboration.
Emilie has directed two dance films in the last two years, the second, entitled SYNERGY, is in post production and will be submitted to international film festivals. She qualified as a Pilates instructor in 2021 under the mentorship of Alan Herdman and has discovered a love of teaching over the last few years. Emilie is delighted to be a part of NJ Dance and to have the opportunity to inspire a new generation of dancers.
